Our skilled professional caregivers provide the best in home care, living arrangements and residential support for individuals with disabilities in the local West Bend area.

PeopleServe provides small settings for residential services to individuals with disabilities including Adult Family Homes, Supported Apartments, Supportive Home Care, Mentoring, Adult Daily Living Skills Training and Respite. We assist both adults and children who need support to live full, healthy, happy lives in the community.

Owner Laurel Peckenpaugh, started PeopleServe in 2005. Laurel knows long term care is always changing. She continues to make it her mission to provide personalized, responsive services to people with disabilities.

Become a Caregiver Professional
 

If you are a trustworthy, dedicated caregiver, with conscientious attention to detail, you should become a part of our team! Experience is preferred, but not required because we provide all necessary training. You must pass relevant background checks, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a reliable car, and vehicle insurance. You can get started by filling out our caregiver employment application.

We provide residential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and mental illness. Some of our clients live in supported apartments, while others live in licensed 4 person Adult Family Homes. We assist them with all the things they need to live full happy lives in the community.
